Fibre & Full is a high-fibre powder combining psyllium husk, glucomannan, sugar beet fibre and FOS with L-glutamine, bacteria cultures and herbs. A 5g serving provides 3.5g fibre, including just over 1g glucomannan.

Suggested use
Take 30 minutes before a meal. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons (5g to 10g) with liquid as directed on the label, drink immediately, then follow with another glass of liquid. Take 1 to 3 times daily.
Important water warning
Risk of choking if taken with inadequate fluid, particularly for people with swallowing difficulties. Use at least 250ml of liquid per heaped teaspoon and follow the label exactly.
