Kravix Omega 3-6-9 Oils combines fish oil, organic flaxseed oil and sunflower seed oil in one 1000mg capsule, with vitamin E. The formula supplies clearly stated amounts of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 rather than hiding them behind a generic oil blend.

Suggested use
Take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times per day with meals or as advised. Follow the current product label.
